Tömer is the name of the Turkish language exam that is taken by non-native speakers of Turkish worldwide who want to provide documented evidence of their knowledge of Turkish to study at a Turkish university or find employment.
Students can take Tömer Certification exams either at the universities offering Tömer courses or the language schools which have partnerships with the universities administering the exam.
